Wo(men) Mind the Water Podcast
Exploring the connection between women and water through storytelling
But when we want to communicate, we use art. Wo(men) Mind the Water Artivist Series
Wo(men) Mind the Water podcasts engage artists in conversation about their work. We explore their connection with the ocean and how it influences their art. Through these stories, we hope to inspire you and move you to take action to protect the ocean.
We have spoken with more than 80 artivists from across the globe. Our latest podcast features Kathryn Pharr, founder of The Community of Women in Water, a global network of more than 1000 members. Their focus is empowering women who work professionally with issues related to water to be leaders at the local through global levels.
Next is a chat with Indira Brooks, the Social Environmental Program Manager at the Roatan Marine Park (Honduras). Indira works with non-profits to protect the island’s marine resources.
