Wo(men) Mind the Water Artivist Series podcasts feature inspirational individuals who share their passion for the ocean. They are artivists (artists and activists, in other words creative people) who discuss their connection with the ocean and their ocean-inspired art. Through their stories and art, we hope to inspire YOU and move YOU to take action to protect the ocean. Wo(men) Mind the Water podcast is nearing its 100th episode. Video versions are available on the Wo(men)Mind the Water website, and audio-only versions can be heard on this website, Spotify and on iTunes.

Our latest podcast guest features Italian photographer Patrizia Zelano. Her photographs invite viewers to look beyond the image and make an emotional and meaningful connection. Her series inspired by the 2019 flood in Venice reflects that even in disasters such flooding can have transformative impacts that result in an unexpected beauty.
